Marten_Walters_150x50 Marten Walters – Chairman
Marten became President of KEMWorks in 2000. He is a chemical engineer with a degree from Manchester University. He was previously Technical Manager of the Fertilizer Center at Jacobs Engineering and has worked at two major phosphate producers: IMC (now Mosaic); and Fisons (now Yara). His engineering experience was honed at Davy McKee and he has now over 35 years’ experience in the fertilizer industry. He is a Fellow of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and The Institution of Chemical Engineers (UK).
 michael_lloyd150x150 G. Michael Lloyd – Non-executive Director
Mike, a chemical engineer with a degree from Clemson, was until recently Director of Research programs for the Florida Industrial and Phosphate Research Institute where he oversaw the entire FIPRI research program. He has a particular interest in phosphogypsum alternative uses. Mike has held many senior positions in the phosphate industry including, at Agrico, Manager of Rock Processing, Chemicals Manager, Projects Coordinator, and Technical Assistant to the VP of Manufacturing. He was instrumental in developing the electric furnace phosphoric acid process.
Linda_Jezard_150x150 Linda Jezard – Non-executive Director
Linda has worked in the computer industry for over 30 years. Linda started her career in Norway working for Norway’s oldest technology company; Alf G. Johnson, where she advanced to managing the printer division within 3 years. In 1990 Linda and co-founded CDN – a firm specializing in network support. Since 2001 Linda has owned and operated Advantage Positioning  – a SEO, SEM and Web Design company in Lakeland FL that provides internet marketing services

John earned an LL.M. in Taxation at the University of Florida Graduate Tax Law program and then went to work for District Counsel, Internal Revenue Service in Nashville, Tennessee where he represented the IRS before the U.S. Tax Court and Bankruptcy Court. After four and half years John left the IRS to join Clark, Campbell, Lancaster and Munson, P.A. in 1998. John now represents individuals, corporations, and estates before the IRS in tax related matters. He is a Guardian Ad Litem Volunteer and Board Member at the Tenth Judicial Circuit and Polk State College Foundation.
